Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. with a lunch in between 12:30 P.M. and 1:30 P.M.

Q: How long will you keep my prescription on the shelf?

A: We keep prescriptions on the shelf for 7 days before we return them back to stock due to insurance purposes.

Q: Can you mail my prescription?

A: WCHC pharmacy is able to mail prescriptions only within the state of Utah with a $6.00 mailing fee.

Q: How long will it take if my prescription needs to be ordered?

A: Our shipment will come next day when a medication needs to be ordered, with the exception of any hard to get or out of stock items from the distributer.

Q: My prescription is out of refills, how long will it take to get a renewal back from the doctor?

A: Typically, it takes about 24 to 48 hours to receive a prescription renewal back from the provider after the pharmacy sends a request. We encourage patients to reach out to the provider’s office to notify them of a prescription renewal being needed.
